After 3 weeks of not having a fun Girls' Night Out,
I treated Carole to dinner. We had Cheesesteak at
The Cheesecake Factory. Their meals are big
enough that we split the sandwich & there were
so many fries that we even left some!!! Goodness,
that almost never happens in this family :) !!!
And then of course, you cannot go to
The Cheesecake Factory without getting
cheesecake! With about 40 different
choices, it was hard to decide. We ended up
getting one piece of Vanilla Bean Cheesecake &
one piece of Carmel Turtle Pecan Cheesecake- to go-
and took it home to share with Dad while we watched
"Matilda"-a corny but fun movie.
What a great night!!! YUM, YUM, YUM!

The cheesesteak was yummy, but I can still taste the cheesecake in my mind!!! Yummy!!!
Just thinking about it makes me want to try some more!!!
cheesecake factory gives me fond memories of virginia. that restaurant was open until midnight, 1:00 on weekends. we would go there when tyler got off work sometimes. they have such a huge selection and you were right about the plates--they are incredibly filling.
