Slow Week
This week the sidewalk in front of the house was taken out and a new, crackless sidewalk poured. Pretty sweet. Some flawed kitchen cabinets were replaced, and the back wall of the fence was spraypainted. Dad and I worked on picking out flooring and hope to have that all decided the beginning of next week. The walkthrough is in just one week!!!

Not Much Left To Do!
It was fun to see the outside of the house painted this week. We love the color combination.
The side gates were also put on. The electricity was turned on, and the doors are now locked at the end of each work day. There are only smaller things to finish up. We are scheduled to have the walk-through on May 7th and get the keys on May 14th!

Another Amazing Week on Kings
Another amazing week! It started out with the beautiful stone work on the front of the house. So...outside this week had the stone work done, the garage door installed, the a/c unit, the driveway and side door stoop, and one more layer of block on the back fence. The inside saw a lot of action also. The funnest part was the granite countertop in the kitchen. It is amazing with the dark cabinets. I absolutely LOVE it! The sink and faucet were also installed.

The bathrooms got medicine cabinets, sinks, fixtures, toilets, mirrors, and shower door.

WOWZER!!! What A Week!!!!
So much got done on the house this week! Each day we would go visit to find new things. Very FUN!!! The inside is now a 2-tone paint and all the doors are done. On Monday we found 7 doors lined up and painted.
The bedrooms look so very pretty with the contrast. The closets had the bars put in and brushed nickel handles were on the doors.
All the lights were installed. Dad is posing in our bathroom :)
and yes, he does come with the house.
The cabinets and molding were installed. We love the hanging pendant lights that will be over the island area.
The dining area light was installed.

The roof was tiled and the garage door installed. What a fun, busy week!!!
In talking with the site superintendent, we found that he is hoping to have the
house done by the end of April!!! Next week has a lot to be done and should
just about as fun as this week! Things are turning out to be just as gorgeous
as we had hoped!!!
