Riding the Rails!

Dad was in charge of our Friday Night Date and decided
to do something he has wanted to try for a loooooong time-
riding the new light rail. We took it to Tempe, walked a few
blocks to the Chuck Box (known as the best place in the valley
for hamburgers-they are cooked over mesquite wood), and
then took the light rail back to the car. It was fun, something
different to do, & introduced us to a new group of people
(like the scruffy man in shorts with a backpack who was so
stoned, he kept trying to exit the wrong side of the train where
the door wouldn't even open).
