The Woodpecker Who Thought He Was A Hummingbird!!!

I got this great hummingbird feeder for a present and have loved watching the hummingbirds drink from it. They hover close by and every day I see pretty little birds feeding there. But it also has attracted a woodpecker. He hangs from the corner of the house, jumps over to the feeder and hangs upside-down and then slowly does a chin-up to drink from the feeder. Doesn't he know that woodpeckers do not drink from hummingbird feeders??? Does he have an identity crisis?
