Friday a huge crane was positioned that sucked up the concrete and poured
it in the forms.
And it really was HUGE! Dad said that it probably was 60' in the air. This
picture gives a good comparison to the houses.
Here is the view from the back of the lot.
After the concrete was poured, the guys started smoothing it down. This
fellow is doing the patio at the back.
We came back about 3 hours later. The concrete had set up enough to
have this buffer machine smooth things out.

These guys were good. The fellow on the left was using a brush (looked
almost like a paint brush) to do finishing work.
Here are the proud owners of this future home.
And here is the finished foundation slab. Perfect and super smooth!

great pics! i especially liked the future residents pic. it will be fun to look back on these and remember when your house was just dirt.
I can't believe the updates are coming so fast either! Wow!
