Now here's the big picture of that "personal space"- lined with food storage!!! We were just very happy that Caroline didn't pull any cans down or feel claustrophobic! When she is older, she can look at this picture and ask her parents "You left me in there???"
We spent one night at McCormick Railroad Park and had fun riding the train and also the carousel. We copied a great idea and had All-You-Can-Eat night at Del Taco. I think that Miriam was the winner with 11 tacos!!! Where does she put all that food?
There was also a Girls' Tea Party (with herbal tea, of course). Here are the gorgeous ladies who came. First, Caroline with mom Mandy.
Next, Miss Evie and Miss Savannah.
Miss Emma came with Mrs. Nisbet who had on a special outfit with hand-made hat!
Miss Sydney was all decked out!
Miss Miriam brought Miss Myra who LOVED her sunglasses!
There were so many good treats that the girls decided to share with the boys! Of course, they had to pay the price.
And the cost was letting the girls join the baseball game.
Grandpa had fun spoiling the little girls.
There was time spent playing games like this one that was a present to Grandpa- and Ruth's part is NOT a pose! Will Mandy be able to stack the next one on and not have it all spill???
Caroline is sure growing up.
This pose completely reminds me of Mandy.
The kids had fun with the roller coaster toy. Evie gave Caroline a great push!
