On To Parowan!

On Friday we went to Parowan-Joey was sure ready &
excited for Christmas!

Michael found this huge icicle & posed in their
front yard. What a pretty decorated tree.

We took a drive to hunt for "Big Buck"- we didn't find
him but we did see 11 deer. (Oops, Dad just reminded
me that we did see the back of Big Buck jumping over
a fence.) Mike got some yummy pizza for dinner & we
opened some early presents. The babies especially
liked the cookies!

Dad spent lots of time putting together Michael's
wood motorcycle that had a "ton" of pieces- who
got that for Michael anyway? Mike helps put
together Joey's airplane. Fun times.

On Christmas Eve, Mike led the way for their tradition of
making snow angels. Only problem was that it was by
Team Skin!

Alissa did it barefoot!!!

Joey & Michael made their angels . Brrrrrrr!

This didn't look like much fun to Adelyn but she
braved the cold. Everyone was rewarded by opening
one present early! (Don't look for pictures of us
in that cold stuff!!! We're not used to temps below
70 degrees!!!!)

It was sure hard to sleep knowing that Christmas
was the next morning.

Mike was the first one up & found the very special
guitar that Santa brought for him. He had fun
testing it out to wake up the kids.

Adelyn loved her new light up doll... and Braden
& Nelson were pretty entranced also.

Michael had fun with a special guitar given by a
friend. This will be a musical family.

Alissa got fancy new boots from Santa- just what
she wanted!

Dad got to give the boys their first taste
of ice cream. It was a love/hate relationship-
one baby loved it & one baby made faces.

We were treated great by both the Nay and Crockett
families. It made a wonderful Christmas for us.
After such a fun trip, we left for Phoenix on Tuesday
& returned to see sunny skies and hot air balloons!
We counted over a dozen and even saw one glider.
Awwwww- good old Arizona once again!
