mound of dirt almost as tall as the electric box
& lots of flashing warning signs with yellow tape.
We have had problems with our phone lines &
after months (literally) of waiting, they came to
work on it. The electric box was right on top of
the phone lines though & so they will be back
tomorrow to work on it. Think that will happen?
Will we have non-crackling phone lines by
tomorrow night?? I wonder.

I vote yes, they will be back tomorrow. It seems like there is some liability leaving an open hole so they would be quick to finish.
