cousins, that is. Here is Amelia,
Samuel in the Santa Claus outfit,
and Evie- they luv the dog!
Lots & lots of smiles!

Christmas Eve started with a fun family dinner-
Mark set up his camera on the automatic setting
so we got this picture-

After the Nativity story, we let kids
open presents from youngest to oldest.
Here Elijah gets a dump truck & Emma
patiently waits.

Next, it was Savannah & Sydney's
turn. What could it be???

YES- Polly Pockets.

And then Emma & Miriam got
Barbies.

We had the very youngest go last so that
they could spend more time playing with
the bows & a verrrrrrrrry sloooooooow
ripping of the paper. I really think
Amelia liked the paper the best!

The babies each got a ball popper. Amelia is wondering
if she should share!?!?!

And then time for the parents to
get their presents from us.

Miriam & dad have a special bond after
the State Fair when they visited the
Spam-mobile. How fun that she gave
dad some Spam for them to cook up
together!

And Emma made a "God's Eye"
for me at school which became a
treasured Christmas ornament.

I thought all the kids toys were creative, but I liked the ball popper a lot myself!
We are just sitting here in the houston airport waiting for our flight and checking out blogs. It was really fun to see all the pictures--especially the ones of S. We are excited to get home to our girls.
