move is this, you ask??? Dad's move from work to
a home office at the end of September. Because of
that move, we have rearranged the bedrooms.
Rachel's room will be the new work office & the
room off the kitchen becomes a combo girls'
room/guest bedroom/mom's doll room. In order to
make all these switches, we needed to sell two bedrooms'
worth of furniture. Part of this was done before the trip
to Utah and on Friday we just sold the hide-a-bed couch
(thanks for all the prayers to sell that from those of you
who have slept on that really, really uncomfortable bed
and want to enjoy a real bed). Don picked up the dark
brown bookcase on Saturday and so everything is GONE,
GONE, GONE!

Now the fun of painting the rooms & getting exactly
what we want to furnish them. I did find this really
fun dresser for the bedroom. There is a special secret
about it that you can discover some day when you
are here.

Of course, I needed someplace to put
all my doll things and dad needed a
place for his books while the rooms are
empty & being painted. So here is the
result in Mark's bedroom:

The Crockett kids had fun in the fort
while Dad & Don took the bookcase
apart. That pulley bucket is sure
handy for getting treats & drinks up
to the fort.
