because they will be busy on Sat. working in
the rain. (This is the "before" picture.)
The rains started and the umbrellas (from Adrianne) came
out! We LOVE the IKEA blue & yellow umbrella. Mom gets a
chance to hold Elijah. He is getting ready for Fathers' & Sons.
Sydney is getting a new name-
we are calling her "Harriet
Potter Crockett". She tripped
on a rock as she came out
of the tent.
Mom found the flat tire on
Friday night. Dad thought
mom was exaggerating
but nooooo- flat as a
pancake & down on the
rim.
Saturday dad & Don got to change the tire
in the pouring rain. The car was on dry
ground on Friday & then was in the middle
of a raging river by Saturday.

Even though the washes were flooded, we managed to
get through the water & get home. It really was a good family
camping trip but I was sooooo glad to get home to a
warm, dry bed and hot running water.
